Giner, Inc. and Giner Electrochemical Systems, LLC (GES) technologies can help solve food and agricultural problems. For instance, a Giner device was field-tested for use in controlling oxygen levels in a refrigerated shipping container, in order to maximize the freshness of the seafood within. Our sensors monitor levels of gaseous and dissolved materials which are of interest in the food and agricultural industries. Finally, we are involved in novel ozone and hydrogen peroxide technology development, two more areas of interest in this area.
