Custom Catalyst and Membrane Combinations

Giner, Inc. and Giner Electrochemical Systems, LLC  manufacture membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) for both in-house applications, as well as for various commercial and government customers. Specialty MEAs are produced for development-stage small- and large-scale electrolyzers, fuel cell prototypes (regenerative, hydrogen/oxygen, and methanol/air), and developmental prototypes. Developmental prototypes include various liquid and gas sensors, as well as other specialty devices. Custom MEA applications include the defense, life sciences, industrial/commercial, environmental, Homeland Security/law enforcement, and agricultural industries.

Our custom MEAs are high-performance devices specifically crafted to perform where commercially available materials cannot. We can make 3-layer, 5-layer, and 7-layer MEAs to our own or to customer specifications.

Our custom prototypes can be found in submarine prototypes, in aerospace prototypes, and in leading development sites around the world.
